If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services. Your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

AMC+ membership is offered in multiple tiers (Startup, Growth, and Enterprise) with varying benefits and pricing. Specific tier benefits, pricing, and terms are outlined in your membership agreement and on our membership pages.

Billing Cycles: Membership fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Monthly memberships auto-renew on the same day each month. Annual memberships renew on the anniversary of your initial purchase.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days' notice to active members. Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect if you disagree with the changes.
Failed Payments: If a membership payment fails, we'll attempt to process payment again within 3-5 business days. After multiple failed attempts, your membership may be suspended until payment is received. We'll contact you via email regarding payment issues.
Monthly Memberships: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by contacting membership@americanmediacollective.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Annual Memberships: Annual memberships may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds are provided for unused months. Your access continues through the end of your paid annual term.
Trial Memberships: Our 30-day trial membership includes a full refund if cancelled within the trial period. After the trial period, standard membership terms apply.
Termination by AMC: We reserve the right to terminate memberships that violate these terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws. In cases of termination for cause, no refunds will be provided. In cases of service discontinuation by AMC, prorated refunds will be issued for unused membership time.
While AMC+ membership provides numerous benefits, members should understand:
All content on American Media Collective, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, articles, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of AMC or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
Permitted Use: You may access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Businesses featured on our platform may share their feature articles through social media, websites, and marketing materials with appropriate attribution to American Media Collective.

American Media Collective maintains strict editorial independence. Business features are selected based solely on merit—quality, innovation, story, and community impact. Features are never paid placements, and no business can purchase guaranteed coverage.
Feature Selection Criteria:
AMC+ membership provides priority consideration for features but does not guarantee coverage. We maintain a clear separation between membership programs and editorial decisions to preserve the credibility and authenticity of our platform.
We strive for accuracy in all published content. If you identify factual errors in any article, contact editorial@americanmediacollective.com with specific corrections. We'll investigate reported errors and make corrections within 24-48 hours when warranted, noting the correction in our update log.
Featured Business Updates: Featured businesses may request updates to contact information, hours, services, or other business details at no cost. Contact editorial@americanmediacollective.com with requested changes.
We reserve the right to remove or update featured business content if:

Before initiating legal action, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through the following process:
Step 1 - Direct Communication: Contact us at hello@americanmediacollective.com describing the dispute and proposed resolution. We'll respond within 5 business days to attempt informal resolution.
Step 2 - Mediation: If direct communication doesn't resolve the issue within 30 days, parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Melbourne, Victoria. Mediation costs are shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
Step 3 - Legal Action: If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue legal action in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that disputes with American Media Collective will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions against us.
Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of our services must be filed within one year after the claim or cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to membership tiers or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and American Media Collective regarding use of our platform and services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable while maintaining the original intent.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of American Media Collective.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and our rights and obligations without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
